25 Things Girls Have Really Got to Stop Doing, Right Now

Reddit got itself into a conniption earlier this week after the success of an open thread for female posters to explain all the bad habits men need to stop with. Rather than take the discussion as informative, however, it seems many of Reddit's menfolk were offended. Oh dear.

A counterpoint thread asking guys what they would like "all women to stop doing, immediately, as of right now" also proved popular, filled with stories of women behaving badly. There's some lessons to be learned, though many of the responses seemed oddly specific and very much couched in the posters' own life experiences.

(Yes, it appeared some ex-girlfriends were called out by name, even.) Here's a selection of the most popular and most common grievances guys aired; so consider these traits annoying:
1.

Reddit user Mr_Slyguy just wants everyone to finish... their sentences. Because if you can't, he can't.
2.

ABabyEater. Men cannot. (LOL just teasing.)
3.

hispeedzintarwebz. Wait, though, what's his character's name?
4.

NeverSawTheEnding.
5.

_spookie again. This Redditor signed off their seven point-long list "sincerely," as "a fellow woman who is sick of all these bitches giving women a bad reputation for irrational and unfair behavior."
6.

papahance. This proved to be one of the most common complaints among enraged male Redditors. They just want to go to Chipotle, so if you don't, pick somewhere else.
7.

AbaddonSF, who also says, "forgive, forget, move on." Pretty sure the Frozen reference is a coincidence then.
8.

narcissisticfuck.
9.

dirtymoney. Does this ever actually happen, though?
10.

JohnFuckingMarston. Well, John, I hate to break it to you, but the guys on Teen Wolf really are just that hot. And it needs to be acknowledged, regularly.
11.

naelcamo.
12.

TigerTeller.
13.

NothAU. A lot of Redditors agreed with this request, and rightfully so because it is the worst. The worst. Leave my cheese fries alone!
14.

just4abeard.
15.

Mahhrat, who explains that, "As a man, my mind often wanders. If I'm staring off into space, please stop asking me what I'm thinking about, [because] I usually don't know. Admitting this, however, seems to trigger an argument, since I'm 'avoiding' the question."
16.

robo_octopus.
P.S. Entirely unrelated, but this stock photo model is beautiful.
17.

Latnemis. There's a delicious irony to this complaint being aired anonymously, online, versus to an actual woman "guilty" of the problem at hand. But there you go.
18.

Orgetoryx. "I think Catie can handle herself even though her friend said something 'very hurtful' to her," this Redditor then clarifies. IDK though, Catie can be fragile sometimes.
19.

Hammerhil. Here's some more from Hammerhil, too, because he's GOT THINGS TO SAY: "It is not our job to serve you like a queen, and you'd better believe a guy would get an angry feminist mob bearing down on them if they posted something similar about men. It's not funny and makes you look like a bitch to all men, no matter how many of your girlfriends agree."

stinburger.
22.

pussy_player. Just look at this Redditor's username. Then at their point. Then back at the username. Then move on.
